They don't deserve One (1) Star. The Store in New Lenox, IL and it's Employees are A-OK. The problem is CURALEAF Dispensary which passed some inferior products on a "Bait & Switch" Tactic. Earlier this year I purchased two (2) 3.5G packages of 'SUPERBOOF' and one (1) 7G package of 'SUPERBOOF.' In lieu, they switched to something known as 'POPCORN' although the package was labeled 'SUPERBOOF.' I've made many complaints and I will continue. I bought 1.25 oz of Durban night at the Curaleaf Medical Dispensary on 02-08-25. This product was advertised as whole flower but it was not. Curaleaf bait and switched this product from what they had advertised on their website. I received mini-buds, a vastly inferior product. I've contacted Curaleaf numerous emails and phone calls. Beyond unacceptable... I purchased three of their small (.03g) vape pen cartridges during a sale, I have been using a different dispensary for the last year and a half without incident but 50% seemed too good to pass up.
