They sell moldy product and then when you try and either get a refund or exchange, they try and offer you 10 dollars in store credit. Then you ask to speak to the manager, and you're told no, even though the manager supposedly made this decision. Then, they tell you to use the contact us section of their website. Which brings you to automated bs and the same lines fed to you over and over that have already been stated to you 20 times by the only dude wearing a mask in 2025.
