This store has one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've encountered. Their website is extremely difficult to use, not user-friendly, and often doesn't work at all. Trying to place an order online feels like a gamble because the site frequently has issues. What's even more frustrating is that even when you successfully place an online order, there is no efficient pickup system in place.
