Acupuncture has become a "way of life" for me & I go on a regular basis. It has helped me tremendously with sinus issues, stress issues, foot pain, shoulder aches, and anxiety. I can always tell when it is time to go. Ashley is the most caring person I know and I so enjoy our time together. I suggest it to so many people who are experiencing "things" - especially when they have tried so many other options with no relief.
I had never tried acupuncture before, and I'll admit I was pretty nervous going into my first appointment. I wasn't sure of what to expect. However, from the moment I walked in, Ashley created a calm and welcoming atmosphere. She was very professional and took time to ask questions and listen to all my concerns. Ashley is amazing! I am terrified of needles and she made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I cannot even tell you how mamy needles she used as I only felt one of the needles. My body felt great the next day. Definitely going back!!
Ashley is fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking an acupuncturist.
