Naz, is lovely. I booked a last minute appointment as I had put my back out and was struggling with movement. We decided acupuncture would be best to treat & I was also given some stretching exercises to do in my own time. I’m hoping that the one session plus exercises will improve my movements, however, I am happy to go back for more sessions it needed. Also shout out to Debbie on the main reception also really nice & friendly
My first acupuncture and sports massage, after suffering a pinched nerve a while back. Service was great! I felt listened to, the procedure was pleasant and professional, and I was always made aware of what was happening and what I may expect to feel. Completely positive impression all-around. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend!

Naz was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. Thanks to his treatment, my lower back is now healing and improving. Highly recommend!
