I walked into their SW showroom on a whim with an idea for a kitchen cupboard extension, and Adam was able to take my idea and turn it into a realistic 3-D drawing. From there, it was only a matter of a few short weeks before that drawing became a beautiful, functioning reality in my kitchen. We drove in from out of town on a Saturday morning and there were salespeople sitting with other customers. They looked at us but didn't say hi or anything. We literally waited there totally ignored for about 20 minutes before one of them finally said oh, do you need some help? We will not be giving them our business due to their poor service.
Let me start by warning you that a kitchen Reno is a long haul project, that requires lots of patience to determine what best suits your needs, so you need someone great who’s on your side and has your best interests at heart!
