Terrible experience. Three times they attempted to get my prescription done correctly. Were unsuccessful. Made it feel if it was my fault. Went to a competitor...everything turned out perfectly. Avoid this place!!!!1
RecommendedMy daughter rolled over onto her glasses during the night and snapped them. She cannot see much without them, so I stopped in right when Cunningham opened this morning. Within 10 minutes or so, I walked out with replacement glasses. No charge warranty repair. The service was wonderful! I wish I had caught the woman's name who helped me - a big THANK YOU!
I went to The store on Coldwater a month ago and I’m still trying to get the correct lens to fit the frame and I paid over $500 dollars very pissed will never go back if they ever get this fixed
I have nothing but praise to say about the one on Jefferson. I had a pair of glasses � I purchased and was having some issues, took them in and discussed it, even switched frames because I felt that part of the issue was the frame was wrong for the thickness. The Lynn’s kept popping out. They have a great team there, fun and lovable. ThanksTeam
