Experience counts! My parents bought 2 gas grills from Cunningham's over the years and they always had great products and service. So when I got married we went there to buy our first one plus purchase some gas logs. These are not cheap products but they have lasted a long time for my parents and have worked well for us too. cunningham gas I purchased several gas lamps from Cunningham and had them install the lamps as well. What a disappointment. the incompetence starts with Rodney who never has an answer and will not return calls. Once you do get to talk with him, he will nickel and dime you and promise dates that are not going to happen. The next person I had the misfortune of dealing with was their installer, who later I found out is a subcontractor and is not held accountable by anyone. Would recommend I shopped Cunningham for gas fireplace logs. The price was fair and the service was good. This place has a lot of products for both indoor and outdoor gas needs. They sell everything from outdoor kitchen equipment to indoor fireplace screens.
Horrible Customer Service!!! I am very dissapointed with Cunningham Gas Products! We could not get our gas fireplace to work and had placed several calls to Cunningham Gas. After a couple of weeks they had a company call us "Gas Product Services" Very nice and professional company!! They did give me some pointers over the phone, but that didin't work. Cunningham Gas Products is Awesome! I bought a grill from Cunningham Gas Products a year ago and it has been fantastic. There has been some wear and tear, but the helpful staff is there to figure out whatever replacement parts you may need and how to care for your grill. We are now working on building an outdoor kitchen and will use them because of they are friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend.
Cunningham Gas Products has old school service! We have bought several items and shopped at both stores. Our gas grill is old and will need replacing probably next year. We will but it at Cunningham's. We recently had our gas logs installed and the guys (Rodney and Trey) came out after hours to get it done before Christmas because we were having folks over.
