Wish I could leave a below one star rating. Sedgwick as the sole provider for the Home Warranty service to the QBCC (Queensland Building and Construction Commission) were responsible for coordinating work at our house in Alexandra Hills as a result of a Home Warranty claim. They chose Envate Builders Sumner Queensland to complete this work. Sedgwick were constantly seeking our sign off on this work, and when this was done the trouble started.
