We went in today to look and ask some questions. The man working was really helpful. He introduced us to the person who does the installs and he answered all of our questions. The staff working here are really nice and helpful.

We put in an outdoor kitchen some 5-6 years ago, including an RCS 24" Dual Drawer refrigerator. Recently, the LED display started to malfunction, possibly due to the scorching South Florida heat on our lanai. I called RCS and spoke to Erica. Everyone was very helpful. They shipped me an inexpensive replacement part, which came in a few days, and the more than $2,000 refrigerator is back on line. Thanks!
