Wonderful staff! I recently visited this local store and was immediately impressed by its beauty and vast selection. The standout was the incredible service, especially from Pam! Pam and Frankie are great!
Had their guy come and measure the house for LVP. Ordered straight off his list not double checking anything. Had me order t molding vs quarter round. When I finally discovered and brought guy says he was going to cut t mold in half vs use quarter round. Complete BS. For me to order I’d have to pay for the correct molding AND pay the drop ship fee of over $100. Take care of your customers and own up to your mistake, or at least meet me half way. Only reason 2 stars is for Frankie, she was a pleasant to work with.
