This firm is incredibly lazy. They continually told us for 3 years that they would get to our tax returns and never ended up doing them. This delayed us from getting over $45,000 dollars in refunds from the IRS that we were owed. It felt like we were a nuisance to them instead of paying clients. Every time we called and tried to get answers, he would tell us he was working on them, but never delivered.
