I recently had new luxury vinyl flooring placed in my foyer, living room and dining room by Cummings. They are beautiful!!! I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Cummings and the installation went very smoothly. They did a wonderful job.
Was told in November that my sons carpet would take 2 weeks to order. Called them three weeks later and am informed it's on back order, but they didn't call me to let me know. I was told it would be here January 3rd, we'll it's January 3rd, and I've called them repeatedly only to be sent to voicemail after 2 rings both calling the store and the salesman cell who ordered the carpet. We purchased an older home in the greater Springfield area and decided to have most of the flooring replaced. We had Cummings Carpet One replace carpeting and install laminate, luxury vinyl, and tile in various rooms. We're very happy with the product and installation, but we had a question about a visible seam in the carpet in one room.
