Unbelievable incompetence right from the beginning to end. Lost documents and lies through out, with unjustified excuses. Stay far far away from this place. We actually fired them and took our business elsewhere after 6 weeks of excuses.
Absolutely ridiculous don’t know when they do stuff been a month and I still haven’t heard anything I’m so pissed they better not even charge me for the wait they have made me wait for this is not how you handle someone’s important documents absolutely unreal
Mishandling documents, forgetting what they did and said and then when called to confront giggling and saying they "don't know what to tell ya" Trusted this place for 3 years, no more. Stay away.
