Haven't been able to get a hold of them for the past week, and they hold a practical monopoly and overcharge for internet in town. In commerce you can get 1gb/s worth of internet for $70 a month. Here, they charge $300. Even 100Mbp/s is overpriced at $99!

We've been connected since 2017. Our only outage since that time was for 1 hour. We're connected to their fiber service. Great customer service. Being retired we use the system a lot. And we get a dividend check every year.
