The whole team have been most welcoming to my mother into the facility. My family and I have been very impressed with the professionalism and care provided by the team. They have been proactive with any concerns and willing to make the transition as smooth as possible. Whilst it is never going to be like her own home and enjoy all the same meals the team have aimed to make it like home.
One of the nicest Nursing homes around. My mum has been a resident for about 3 years now and is very happy with what we thought was going to be a very traumatic and hard move. The best lifestyle team. Residents are always engaged and seem really happy and excited to get involved if they want to, but I notice they aren’t pushed if they don’t want to participate. I recently brought my dad for a short respite care stay at Cumberland View and so far I'm very happy. Ishanka and the staff made it extremely easy and I'm very appreciative of this. The staff are very caring and attentive.
My mum has been at Cumberland View since 2022, and we highly recommend it. The nursing staff are always helpful, kind, and caring — anything we ask is addressed immediately. Their thoughtfulness shines through in the way they care for residents. Management are professional yet personable, and the facility is always clean and welcoming.
