Thank you so much to Manager Ishanka going above and beyond to accommodate my Dad for a 6 week respite, we would have been lost without her compassion, patience and care. Ishanka personally supplied and delivered a wheelchair to the hospital so Dad could be transported to Cumberland Aged Care which was such an act of kindness. Ishanka has made this very hard transition into aged care a little less heart breaking, I feel Dad will be in good hands. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Ishanka xxx
I find most staff very helpful.Ish has helped me a lot from the beginning. Many of staff try too hard to please,and won't allow me to do what l can.Just need to watch me,and let me do.Will make good carers as they learn.Sometimes because of language we don't understand each other,but have to be patient with each other.Thank you.
