Wonderful, friendly, welcoming, supportive, caring, empathetic, I could keep going..... My dad is a resident here and I take my hat off and bow low to the staff in thanks and demonstrate my appreciation. As it is with dementia patients tend to present with aggressive, argumentative, even abusive behaviours, as it is with my dad 😬 but the nursing staff just take it all in stride and don't bat an eye, taking no notice and continue their duties regardless.
