Pete the maintenance was very accommodating to my availability! He came before I had to go to work to shut the fireplace off for the warmer weather ahead! He also addressed a minor leak under kitchen sink! He is very loving towards my fur baby, even though she barks with new people! We are still getting acclimate to the community, but so far so good! Beware: there is a coyote that lurks several nights a week behind 240! If you walk your dogs later at night, be careful!
