Rude staff, stay away.
Lady with the pink hair at the register is probably the rudest person I've ever encountered at a customer-facing business. Stay away, Zero stars.
This has to be the worst convenience store in Milford—honestly, maybe in the entire state. The staff is unbelievably rude, especially the kid with the hat and no name tag. I was there with my child, and he acted so obnoxious that even my ten-year-old asked why he was behaving that way. I refuse to walk in if I see him or the girl with the multicolored hair working. The young man has horrible body odor, I can smell him from across the counter. This is not the first time, he needs to take showers or stop working in customer service.
Cumberland Farms in Milford, CT is without a doubt one of the best gas stations/convenience stores in my local area. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and the staff, whom I have gotten to know over 20+ years, are always kind, caring, friendly and welcoming. Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee/tea or picking up some snacks, it’s always a pleasant experience.
