This has to be the worst convenience store in Milford—honestly, maybe in the entire state. The staff is unbelievably rude, especially the kid with the hat and no name tag. I was there with my child, and he acted so obnoxious that even my ten-year-old asked why he was behaving that way. I refuse to walk in if I see him or the girl with the multicolored hair working. The young man has horrible body odor, I can smell him from across the counter. This is not the first time, he needs to take showers or stop working in customer service.
Cumberland Farms in Milford, CT is without a doubt one of the best gas stations/convenience stores in my local area. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and the staff, whom I have gotten to know over 20+ years, are always kind, caring, friendly and welcoming. Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee/tea or picking up some snacks, it’s always a pleasant experience.
I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel this location needs corporate’s attention on the ongoing unprofessional behavior of the employee with bright red hair at this location. This employee's behavior has been repeatedly unprofessional and disruptive to customers’ experiences.
