In the store yesterday and paid around 12:45 when the female store employee swung the credit card pad around so she could hit mobile. Not interested in putting in my phone number. Not only is it unacceptable but very cringe. She looked at me very angrily when I told her to knock it off. This isn’t the first time this has happened. 10 out of 15 pumps don’t work, I go to a pump that’s not covered it charged me but the cashier said she cancelled it, ended up having to pay twice cause she advised me to just use my card again at the pump rather then cancelling it on her and, the cashier has a major attitude problem.

No receipt paper at the pump. Nice gas station, lots of pumps many choices. If you need that piece of paper. If you're in a hurry, go ahead and give your fuel dollars to a different vendor. Management here does not care.

Dear Cumberland Farms, I am writing to formally complain about a recent experience at your Cumberland Farms location regarding a promotional offer and the subsequent service I received. I was disappointed to find that the 50% off advertisement was misleading. I selected a king-size candy bar from a promotional bin, only to be told it was not included in the offer despite its placement.
