My father & I are regulars & we love getting coffee every morning from your location. That is our daily routine. But we are very disappointed with your new policy about double cupping and charging an extra $1 if we double cup . We respected your policy because we did not double cup this morning & as my father was getting in his car to leave, the PAPER lid of the cup (that does not fit WITHOUT being double cup) flew off & the entire cup went soft spilled everywhere on my father , the car & he had to go back home to change. Sucks to give Cumberland a bad rating since it’s my preferred gas station. But this location is not good. Old lady super rude about not having public restrooms, they’re lucky i was on empty otherwise i would’ve went to find another gas station.
If your store is closed, your lights should be off to indicate that
Great staff, great selections, great service. Those who give 1-star reviews over the bathroom issue should understand that (a) this is a zoning issue due to the store size, and (b) shouldn't give a 1-star over no bathroom. A store should be judged on it's performance/staff competency, not on whether or not you can drop your nasty load in the store bathroom, ffs.
