I arrived at around 12:20 a.m. The system was down, and the staff told me they were rebooting the computers. I was fine with waiting. While I was waiting, one of the clerks came over and started talking with me. We were having a normal conversation until he noticed one of my tattoos, which apparently offended him. I did not argue with him. I simply said, "It is what it is," and tried to move on. Instead, he became confrontational, called me a Nazi, and told me he would not serve me. Absolutely terrible experience. I prepaid cash for the store, and after I finished, the station refused to give me the change I was owed. Keeping a customer's money is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the employees were incredibly rude, disrespectful, and acted as if they couldn't care less. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they treated me like I was the problem. Very disappointing experience. I paid cash for gas, and after fueling, they didn't return the change I was owed. When I asked about it, the staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like it wasn't their problem. The customer service was unprofessional, and I felt completely disrespected. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this gas station to anyone expecting honest service or basic courtesy.
