I came in to cash 335$ in for scratch tickets, FL lotto says you can go to ANYWHERE that sells lotto tickets can cash up to 600$... Franklin, rudest cashier here by the way, tells me I cannot cash over 100$ because " they are not publix". And proceeds to hand me back 2 of my scratch tickets that are over the 100$. Since he was rude ( I'd recommend disciplinary action ), and in front of other customers, I will not be returning nor spending my money here any longer.
