They're hiring employees who cant even do math I would not recommend this Cumberland farms after experiencing this. Today 8/1/2025 at 4:20pm I go in to use the atm and withdrew 80 dollars so I could play Mega Millions and Powerball.. total of both came to 71 dollars 10 plays on Mega Millions 7 power plays on Powerball...I give the cashier (a woman ) the two slips she inserts them into lottery machine and I hand her 80 dollars... Every single time I go into a cumberland farms in Niceville, the French vanilla coffee is out. Once in a while I get lucky. Seems like if you know you sell a lot of something, you would order more. Not sure wh does the ordering. But not cool.
I went into Cumberland farms last night and was served by Chris and he gave exceptional service. He was respectful and polite. I will be visiting this store again. He does his job well and is very helpful and friendly to talk to.
Cashiers at 105 Malabar Rd refuse to cancel a transaction once you pay. I reported the issue to the regional manager and 2 weeks later I was never contacted and the charge was not reversed. I disputed it with my bank. Everyone answers to a boss, I'm not done with them yet. Cheats and liars, for so little gain.
PLEASE READ!! My granddaughter who's 15 years old asked me if she should take my 25-year-old autistic son into the store for treats (chips and a soda) (to assist him) I said that would be great! This is a normal routine for her to assist my special needs son. While I was pumping gas reference #540364 @ Cumberland 9767, maybe I was pumping gas for 3-4 minutes.
