This Cumberland Farms is the absolute worst of the bunch. I am a smart rewards member and I have been a member for years. Within the past 60 days they could not sell cigarettes because of computer issues, another time all the pumps were out of service, today the pump I was on wouldn’t work with smart pay or credit card. 2:15am and the doors are locked, the associate doesn't star brake until 2:30am. Waited outside until 2:45. Never even came to the door.
Stop asking me to put my goddamn phone number in sspecially when i'm already using the smart pay app. I know it's just for employee metrics
