I come to this Cumberland Farms in Stratford regularly, and I’m usually not the type of person who writes reviews. However, I felt I should mention the experience I had today (March 7, 2026). Between about 3–5 PM while it was still daylight, the employee at the register spoke to me with a rude and dismissive attitude when I was just trying to make a purchase and ask a simple question. Years ago i use to go to cumberland at 4am everyday and i aways received amazing customer service from the employees. I’m not one to do reviews but i can’t anymore lately there are two employees there that are super rude and like to say comments that are not professional at all.It makes it worse because when a supervisor is rude it gives room for the employees to also be rude.I believe they are both supervisors
