I’m reaching out to bring your attention to an ongoing issue with the gas pump payment system at your location. The machines seem outdated and unable to properly read the newer, thinner debit and credit cards. This has been a problem for over a year now, and many of my friends have experienced the same frustration. Data black hole. I’ve tried a few times now to buy gas at this store through the app. Can never get the app to connect. I know most other CF locations have data issues (I seem to always have issues connecting, very slowly, at many locations) but this location just fails. I’ve turned off WiFi, even though it is not showing any WiFi. Still won’t connect.
Carolyn is a wonderful person and she makes this store special.
Ice coffee is always empty when I go there. I ask if I can get new ones and they give me a hard time. They shake it and tell me it half full like I'm stupid and can't tell. Very optimistic half definitely empty I can lift it up with 1 finger. Must be good to the last drop! Unfortunately I don't want the last drop. I stopped coming here because of this have them one more chance but done now.
