There was a young lady in line ahead of us who had a problem with the gas. instead of just explaining to her in a customer service manner that they couldn’t help her your employees go on and on about how they serve 600 customers a day and it’s not their problem etc etc.... a simple I’m sorry ma’am I can’t help you but you can contact the manager tomorrow would’ve been sufficient. And as I wait for the four people in front of me to get served, all I do is listen to the two employees complain about this lady….Why?
