I signed up for the Smart Rewards app in mid-March because of the 99-cent daily coffee promotion. When I used the app on March 21, I was charged full price. The cashier said something about the system "not registering yet," but that doesn’t make sense, because the transaction showed up in the app immediately. It also showed multiple transactions from March 2025 in a city I didn't visit that year, so I know with absolute certainty I didn’t make these purchases. My boyfriend and I stopped by Cumberland Farms on Pleasant St. in Attleboro around 1am and had such a great experience thanks to Nylan on the night shift! He was super pleasant, had an awesome attitude, and provided great customer service. The store was very clean, and we noticed he was attentive and present for every customer who came in. Just wanted to give him a shoutout for doing an amazing job!
