The management there is extremely poor. The manager himself is a bad team leader, and needs to be replaced. Very poor customer service on his end. His name is Sean. A very discriminating person, with very little to no experience to show. Slacks off and has the other hard working employees under him pick up all the more difficult chores and run the store. It would be a better store without him. Please do something about this - this has been a problem for years and I am a local that shops near by. Thank you.
This is a great convenience store. The people who work there are really nice! I recently moved to Danvers and felt welcome here.
Gas, coffee, snacks, cold and hot drinks. Very quick, convenient stop.
Danielle at Cumberland Farms is truly exceptional! Every time I visit, she’s always friendly, efficient, and goes above and beyond to ensure customers are well taken care of. Her positive attitude and dedication make a huge difference, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her work and the people she serves.
