management is lacking and seemingly absent and never on the floor. the guest service leader seems to not care about her job and ive only ever seen one employee cleaning anything.
Pump price and price display at the street didn't match 2 times. Receipt paper out at the pumps almost always. Up to half the pumps had a out of service bag over the handle. Even during high volume time periods.
I downloaded the app and everything works great. I got $.30 off a gallon. Very happy
i order through doordash regularly throughout the week. cumberland farms is the only store open past 10pm that i’m able to order from. but this location and the southbridge location ALWAYS have their stores turned off on the weekends. which forces me to order from the brimfield store, and because it’s so far away from me dashers rarely accept the order and when they do it takes over an hour to get to me. it’s super inconvenient and the manager should really do something about it. they’re losing sales.
