The staff, short guy has a bad attitude. The rest are friendly. Robert makes the trip worthwhile. Always has a smile and is engaging. He needs a raise.
I went in for a couple bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. Very straightforward, not rude nor condescending. The employee took issue with me and chased me through the store demanding the sandwiches back. I was horrified. At first I said I would never go back but I have, and he hasn't been there. Nit sure if my complaints were addressed, but never heard from management despite leaving my info and messaging via x ( twitter). My experiences have been fine sans this one occurrence.
