***** CAUTION LOTTERY PLAYERS ***** Pay attention (this isn't the first time) .. I went in with a winning lottery ticket (10$), did a little shopping bread and milk. Went to cash out, handed the young lady my ticket and she said I owed her money? Asked her how much the ticket was worth and without looking she said 4$, without running it through the lottery machine, how did she know? When I left I felt like I was being scammed! Like I said, this isn't the first time!! **** CAUTION LOTTERY PLAYERS *****
