I fill up here all the time. The buttons for printing a receipt are broken at some pumps but luckily, the enter key works. Their prices are lower or the same as the competition around them (Irving, AL Prime) but their rewards keep me coming. I have gotten free stuff through the app and their drinks are great for a hot day. I have been filling up here for the last couple weeks with an average of 38 miles per gallon which beats the other gas stations down the road. Thanks, Plaistow Cumby's!
Only good Cumberland farms around besides epping but the last 4 times I have gone here they have had a stupid paper up on the door saying "we closed at 10:30". It got to the point where I just left a note saying how infuriating it is. Maybe change your hours if you can't handle it because all 4 of the times I went and this happened, other people were there too and not happy. Rightfully so.
6-25-2025…and it’s still broken. Their AI-generated response to my initial review shows how little they care. About a month ago, their coffee flavoring machine was out of order. I figured they’d have fixed it by now…and it’s still broken. How can a company or store be so incompetent as to let something stay broken for so long?
