Not returning to this station until management decides to fix SmartPay issue. It is a known issue with no intention to fix per employee. Feels like they just don't want to give the discount to SmartPay Members.
I preface this by saying that the employees at this Cumberland Farms are very nice and very professional. That said, this might be the worst Cumberland Farms I have ever been to. Every single time I come here they are all out of regular gas and it’s only premium, but it doesn’t tell you that before you actually pay. Most of the time my card does not work when I try to pay at the pump and I have to go inside. Also, I tried to use the smart pay function and the thing is never working either.
I would give it zero stars if I could. Fuel pumps never work. Smart pay never works. Card scanners never work.
This is my go to for coffee, gas and soda. They seem to hire decent folks as everyone here is usually pretty friendly but they do have a high turnover around for employees. Still the best deal around for coffee and gas.
