The problem is more with the SmartRewards app. Cell service is non existent at the location so it’s all but useless. When I tried using the store Wi-Fi it was consistently being fixed or not working at all so I eventually stopped trying. And if you use the barcode when you’re in airplane mode it’s completely useless as well. Needs to get figured out.
This place is ok. Cumberland is one of my favorite gas stations but this one is so mediocre. They’re ALWAYS out of stuff in the refrigerated section. Not to mention one of their newish employees Randy or Candi or whatever her name is (older lady) desperately needs more training on her job and on customer service skills cause she’s beyond terrible at her job.
