Tracy is an awful manager who chooses alcohol over anything else. You try and give her a chance to redeem herself but she fails at every opportunity. The entire store is also falling apart … it’s probably the most janky Cumberland Farms Around, not sure it even qualifies to be a true Cumberland Farms. Also the pumps go extremely slow and this store is know for having people skim your cards! Stay away!
Always on break. No one to activate the pumps. Frozen pumps at 29F. Barely below freezing in Nov. Will they even work in the winter?
Tracy is an amazing manager who doesn’t neglect her team members. Store is nice and clean, probably has the cleanest coffee bar around, employees are nice and always helpful. I’d give 10 stars if I could! FANTASTIC LOCATION!
