Offered free things for rewards, listed the sign in store, then charged for a “free” candy bar I didn’t want. When I asked for a refund, they said promo was over, and they would credit me a free candy bar. Don’t offer free stuff if you gunna charge for it (and make a one time consolation for a second candy bar as free). Customer service took a long time and were ridiculous about refunding a 2 dollar candy bar (when their sign says sign up get 5 free candy bars/5 free coffees).
