I bought 3 pks of cigars and didn't notice the packs were slightly crushed. Tried to return them and they wouldn't take them back. I spend close to 2k a yr buying cigars here and they just lost a good customer.
It's very hard for me to rate 5 starts to a lot of places BUT I'm going to have to give this one 5 stars because the employees are always so super kind and on a bad day I promise they will make you find a way to smile they are always kind and respectful. I think they should be paid more but don't we all wish that in life. I'm grateful for the store and all who work here thank you all for being so kind
