I’m a fan of Cumby’s, but this location reminds me of some kind of saloon in the Wild West. Half of the facilities are broken down and questionable, and the same can be said of about 50% of the people in that place at any given time. The bathrooms are also a portal to hell. If you care about yourself and anyone else, keep them away from those things.
Be very careful when you get gas here . Second time this happens to me. I pump one gallon of gas to be sure the price is accurate. Low and behold nope. Advertised price was $3.58. pumped one gallon and it charged $4.50 for that one gallon. I've contacted the company and they could care less. So please be very careful when you get gas.
Jasmine and Matthew probably have the worst customer service I've ever experienced out of that location. There was a promotion running, they said that their systems were down and they could not put the promotion through.So I asked them what the solution was, and basically, they said, there's nothing we can do.We don't know. No sorry for the inconvenience, on top of it Jasmine that ibwasnt the only person today. When she asked Matthew he simply shrugged his soulder and said "nah cant do it" We just work here. Do better!
Love using the Cumberland Farms app—the gas savings really add up and the rewards are great. They gave me a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich to try today and it was surprisingly delicious. Highly recommend the app if you want to save money and get some great perks!
The coffee was amazing better than dunkins bathroom was clean and cashier was super friendly gas high tho lol
