Was kind of shocked how rude the over night woman is. Didn't even acknlowedge me and then spoke to me with her back to me, speaking in fragmented sentences, forcing me to piece together what was going on with my door dash order. I get its 2am, but youre in customer service. Be nice
Honestly, what the hell. it’s 12:13 am, me and my s/o (f) are driving to Irving because guys just failed so hard at one thing. Two bars of gas is what we’re both looking at when we pull in, hoping it was open. However, the doors were locked and pumps were “unavailable”. There’s a big sticker on the left window that is VERY visible and it says “24 HOURS” in all caps. Literally “you had one job” to the extreme.
