I just watched a new employee getting yelled at by the assistant manager. I find that kind of behavior extremely embarrassing. Honestly what was she thinking????? We all in line felt bad. The new employee was just asking a question. The assistant manager really needs to be talked to. If not I will contact headquarters
Best cumberlands in the north country!
Apparently they do not follow their open hours. Today 5/28/25 I went to get something and the store was closed at 10:53. The woman was still at the counter looked at her clock and said we're closed. I said its not 11 yet, she told me I dont have any money. I said its ok I am going to use a card. She then said "go away." If you are supposed to be open, you should be open... great customer service...
