Ladies room is disgusting. The toilet was unflushed and hadn't been cleaned in a while from the looks of it. I wiped down the seat with a paper towel and some soap. The waste basket was over flowing. The sink and floor needed cleaning too. A female employee went in after me and started complaining, loudly, about the cleanliness as well??? She was pleasant at the register. Perhaps your company needs to hire more people so the restrooms are better tended.
Mens Room Smells LIKE PISS all the time. The outside sloppiness, half of the pumps never work/out of order with yellow bags over pump handles....Fuel islands and pumps are disgusting. They do have very courteous counter help, delicious deli sandwiches at a good price. That aside, for a Cumbies it's a total FAIL.
All for employing the elderly but the..”recent additions”…has made this store not only inconvenient but unsafe. Counting change seems to require him to utilize the dewy decimal system otherwise it shouldn’t take near so long to perform a simple transaction. He constantly uses the register furthest to the right requiring every single customer to line up in the way of both the door and three of the quick grab isles/end caps. Neon FTW
The card reader at the pump kept failing. Went inside and was informed that the pumps and/or card readers don't work in bad weather. Sorry but, did NO ONE tell them that this is Massachusetts. And it's 12 months of bad weather! It's 44⁰ and a slight rain. That's all it takes at Cumbies... Pathetic at best.
