I have literally never had a good experience at this location. It’s always something. either they don’t give me my change without me having to ask for it, or the being denied service because they can’t figure out how to work their computer, avoid shopping here at all costs.
I’m on the road throughout the New Hampshire, Southern Maine and northern Massachusetts area six days a week. The Newington NH Cumberland Farms, Went from my favorite store to my least favorite store over the past year. This store is consistently filthy. The coffee is inconsistently prepared. There has been not been regular sugar packets on the shelf for months. The hot food selection is extremely inconsistent. This store has one issue and one issue only. Poor management. I always liked this Cumberland Farms but I'm not sure what's happened to it ..maybe new owner or new managment or lack of perhaps . Always dirty ..dried up old food (pizza looking two days old) every time I go now for the last few months . and empty coffee dispensers always . I don't even bother going inside anymore ..it's too bad it's gone down hill so fast .
7-30-25. What’s happening here to my favorite Cumby‘s? In the last year, it has slowly degraded and gotten very dirty, inside and out. There’s never any water or squeegees even in the windshield washing canisters. The gas pumps look like they haven’t been cleaned in a year if ever! As well as the gas receipts no matter what Computer go to is always out of paper. My husband and I stopped here to grab a quick bite since we had come from a long drive and have the smart pay card. The shelves with cold prepared food were nearly empty, leaving little to no options. As I walked around for a bit longer, I saw a sign that I included down below, and asked the female employee working if she could help me prepare something.
