I was helped by a young woman named Faith she made my visit special. She was very polite and she made sure my lotto picks were right. She help me understand the lotto system. 5 stars to Cumberland farms for hiring an intelligent person. I will come back as the customer service she gave me was out of the norm thank you Faith for making my visit a special occasion.
This young Lady Employee by the name of kahleigha.. was making fresh coffee when I was coming in. I've interacted w her before. She is totally pleasant has great customer service skills and it's nice when you're tired to be treated so kindly.. Thank You!! 😊
Can't give them more than 2 stars until they figure out how to get their rewards app to work at this location. Idk if it's the lack of Internet or what but you need/must figure this out. I live very local to here so very convenient to use their rewards but if I continue to have such a difficult time with your asinine app I may start looking elsewhere for gas. You would lose quite a bit of money. Figure it out!
