I would like to file a complaint about the store manager. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially for someone in a management position at such a busy and well-known location. Instead of offering assistance, he spoke to me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner, which made the entire experience very uncomfortable. I believe a manager should set an example of good customer service, not behave in such an inappropriate way. I hope this issue is addressed promptly.
Love stopping here for something fast
Why does a 24 hour service station close their bathrooms for cleaning at the busiest time of the day? I have no idea. But on my job it's the primary reason I stop there, get gas, lunch etc. There are other places, I guess i'll just go there. Update: Happened again today, and two other people were there needing to use the restroom. The attendant said this was the time they had to do it. Lunchtime on a Saturday. Ridiculous. Strike three.
Excellent stop. Clean. Well stocked. Good coffee. Great food choices. Wonderful bathrooms.
