Pumps are malfunctioning & cashier was on her phone/rude
I would like to file a complaint about the store manager. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially for someone in a management position at such a busy and well-known location. Instead of offering assistance, he spoke to me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner, which made the entire experience very uncomfortable. I believe a manager should set an example of good customer service, not behave in such an inappropriate way. I hope this issue is addressed promptly.
