Larry Cumberland is a fantastic litigator. I had to sue a construction company for major damages to my house and keeping the remaining money after I had to fire them—and he handled it very efficiently and effectively, getting a really good settlement (despite their leadership being very hard-headed) relatively early in the process, before the discovery phase.
