Extremely rude!! I called to ask for some advice on a CD account that I have opened up somewhere else. I was trying to ask how to do the math on figuring out the money it would make, but as soon as they heard that I'm not a client he said "sorry I don't know how to I'm too busy". Too busy for a 5 min phone call to tell somebody how to do a little bit of math after the bank told her to call an accountant? Too good for the general public?
