LaCharella or whatever her name is was VERY rude on the phone. I asked for her name and she acted like she didn’t hear me, then when I asked for her to spell it she yelped it out all fast so I couldn’t get it. Absolutely appalling the attitude I received asking a simple question. Will be calling back and asking for the supervisor.

Hi, I just wanted to give you some feedback about my experience with the tax office at 21 Waterford Drive. Honestly, it was really disappointing. The staff was unresponsive, and I couldn’t get any clear answers on my tax filing. Don't know how they get job if they don't know how to respond .and it just caused so much stress. I really hope they improve their communication and service."

I feel this bureau is unethical. I wasn't sure how to do my taxes, and so I overpaid expecting them to correct the overpayment. They did not, they just kept the money. I had to readjust my taxes, which also required a significant refund to me. It wasn't easy to figure that process out. I had to hold their hand to make sure they did their job.
