Ive had these guys for over a decade and never had a problem until lif got hard, they made it harder. Overdrafting my account when there was still money in my account, money disappearing, ive had enough with banks in general.
We had a great experience with opening an account at the Gray location. Darcy helped us throughout the process, and she was fabulous! She explained everything well and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you, Darcy!
Better than a bank. Switched from the bank due to all the fees. Everyone is friendly and in the drive up, they always have biscuits
Woke up to my debit card hacked and account drained. It’s a Saturday and all branches are closed. HOWEVER, I called the customer care # posted on the door for immediate assistance as I was freaking out! I got the most wonderful woman as a rep, her response to my problem was “I’m going to take very good care of you” which she absolutely did! She made being hacked a breeze :) I love my credit union!
